Criminal law is catching upCriminal law is scheduled to change in the coming months, with new crimes being included in the statute books such as revenge pornography and penalties for online trolling. This development is part of an ongoing review into internet-based crime, based on the realisation that the law urgently needs to catch up with technological developments.
